Pricing table is not showing on the homepage

Symptom: The homepage loads without a pricing section below the feed.

Causes and fixes:

1. show_pricing_on_home is disabled. Go to Settings → Design → Customize and enable it.
2. Members is not enabled. Go to Settings → Membership and confirm the members toggle is on.
3. No tiers exist. Ghost only renders the pricing table when at least one tier is configured. Go to Settings → Membership → Tiers and create a free or paid tier.

Feature images are not appearing

Symptom: Post cards in the feed show no images, or the article header has no image.

Causes and fixes:

1. show_feature_images is disabled. Go to Settings → Design → Customize and enable it.
2. The post has no feature image set. Open the post in the editor, click the post settings panel, and upload a feature image.

Members are not receiving emails

Symptom: Newsletter emails are not delivered after publish.

Causes and fixes:

This is a Ghost mail configuration issue, not a theme issue. Go to Settings → Email and confirm that a sending provider (Mailgun, Sendgrid, or custom SMTP) is configured and verified. Send a test email from the settings panel to confirm delivery.

Theme upload is rejected by Ghost

Symptom: Ghost Admin shows an error when you try to upload the theme .zip.

Causes and fixes:

The most common cause is uploading a folder or a double-nested archive. Ghost expects the .zip to contain the theme files at the top level, not inside a subfolder. Re-download the theme from your Gumroad receipt and upload that file directly without extracting or re-compressing it.

Note

If you downloaded the theme to a Mac using Safari, check that Safari has not automatically extracted the .zip on download. In Safari preferences, disable “Open safe files after downloading.”
